I keep snacks in my drawer. Things like popcorn (no butter) are ridiculously low in calories. But yeah, it's hard when someone brings in a box of donuts or something. There is a check-in section under My Home, in the menu at the top (assuming you're using a computer and not the app). You can retroactively change your weight there, where it says "Edit previous entries"

i just finished a 4-day vacation. I woke up early and did 30 minutes in the hotel pool every morning. It didn't take away from my relaxation. I'm going to Thailand in 5 weeks, for about 8 days, where I will also have a hotel pool to work out in.

135 is my goal weight too. I've tried and failed several times, but the encouragement I've been receiving here has been really helpful, and is making it easier this time around. We can do it!

My thighs are why I'm here. Unfortunately we can't choose where we lose fat. It shrinks pretty evenly from all over your body, so the bigger areas will take the longest. My thighs *look* the same as they did a month ago, but my pants are looser, so I know something is happening. I'm hoping to see a difference by December.…

If I had to buy one and only one, I would go with rowing machine. It works pretty much your whole body and isn't too high intensity for the days you're not feeling well.

1 cup of plain 0% Fage greek yogurt, mixed with a banana and 1/2 cup of blueberries. I just eat it straight out of the measuring cup because why not.

Don't worry so much about the sugar in fruit. The fiber slows the digestion process, preventing the increase in blood sugar, so it doesn't have the same effect as other sugars. On the other hand - fruit juice, which has all of its fiber removed, is like drinking soda. So if you are going to avoid anything, avoid sugary…

For the record, I love bread. Before I started getting serious about fitness, my favorite foods were bread in all of its various fried forms: Churros... French toast... Tortillas... jalapeno hushpuppies.............

I've been avoiding it only because it makes me seriously crave more bread. If I have to have some kind of grain to meet my goals I use brown rice, which is really filling. The negative is that avoiding it annoys the hell out of your friends, lol.
