One week into getting back into it. Down 1 lb. When you have big numbers to lose 1 lb can actually be discouraging. I am trying to collect as many people as possible to keep me on track! Add me please! I have 50 lbs to lose. Let's be support buddies!

I am in the exact same boat as you OP I too have been here for about a week and am down just 1 pound. yah maybe I would hope for more but slow and steady gets the job done right..... This ain't a fad diet babe we in this for life.Feel free to send me a FR if you want I try to motivate everyone.0
