I have had my bloods taken as I have always complained to my doctor it wasn't fair that I gain weight soo easy, they came back all good and my hormone count is back to normal as my hormones where non-existent when I was 61 KG

I have gained about 19 KG so yes the converts in to 41 Pounds... I have always been a low carb eater by definition

Well I guess I have now gone nitpicking through my foods to see if they are logging correct calories but if my day is completing at 950 calories say there is mistakes in there like maybe say add an extra 300 cals in that still takes me only to 1250 cals daily which is the recommendation for rapid weight loss

Reverse dieting is actually a thing... so this is where you increase you calories. and lose weight but it is only for professional body builders where they are burning 1000;s more calories then their intake :) and they build their intake up to TDEE but unfortunately I am not a body builder :)

THE WLS worked for me and I was down to 61 kd(not yet healthy BMI for my height) but over the last year... not changing anything except I certainly do get my calorie counts up to 1500 on a day I have to socialize. I have slowly gained 20Kg and gaining more that makes me 40%body fat and obese BMI

I have heard that upping calories can help.. but I don't see that working as I am gaining on the calories I am currently eating here's to wishing!! :smiley:

thank you both for taking the time to reply, I have seeked profession help several times but none of them see that I have a life I would like to live..>> and say keep doing what you doing it will work oneday .. but unfortunately it hard to live while strictly logging and its not even working any more

WOW >>>> so other that have BED... but as with egwinnnn my doc doesn't help at all just tells me to keep doing what I am doing which is "overexercise, stave, binge... repeat"

hi, I have been losing weight on loads of walking (several walks a day) and I have been contemplating doing strength training but I will have to give up one of my walks and I am worried it will slow my weight loss up if I do this. do you have any thoughts on this?

eggs are great for you have as many as you like in any way ....... beware but you may get sick of them

pureed food is fun and experiment. soft scrambled eggs!! , asparagus soup, boil chicken bone and mak your own chicken stock. with the chicken stock I found it to fatty @ first so I put it in the fridge to cool and the fat naturally went to the top and you can scrape it off. then you can reheat the jelly :)

I was lucky to have a dietician support before and after the surgery. my doctor did make me have a session with a psychologist to make sure I was mentally stable for this. I have had surgery too, have not regretted it one bit lost 56 kg in 6 months, this was a combined effort of dieting and exercise, I have spoken to people that have not done the exercise and dieting and they have lost at least 30kg been some hard patches of course and have lost a lot of hair but love the thinner me

Pre - plan your meals it sounds like you have been stuck for time and then you will always have a healthier alternative
