Yeah... no. It just doesn't work like that. There is absolutely, utterly no such thing in the world as a gel which removes fat when rubbed on. You've been had.

Saw this as well. Please, OP, stop harming your body this way and get some professional help.

There is NO substance on the planet that can remove fat from your body from a specific location. Except liposuction or a surgeon's scalpel. Other than that , you'll just have to do it the regular way, but NOT by starving yourself.

Why would you mess with your hormones? Go to an actual medical site and look these things up. Stop looking for quick fixes. Stop doing things that are very likely to harm you (such as eating so low while exercising so much). This is not okay. Be kinder to your body, it's the only one you have.
