Today is the best day I have had since the end of March. I walked to and from work and just got in a sneaky 30 min Tabata class. I have stayed on course for food so far and have a chicken dish planned for later on. I am struggling. It's been a rough couple of months but I am hoping I can build on today, one step at a time.

Today I dipped my toe in the Strength training pool with a 30 min weight class. I also hit my water goal. Food wasn’t so great and I didn’t track but it was much better that it was last week.

Thanks @micki48 @ashleycarole86 I managed to drink my water, track and exercise yesterday. Now to build on it today with better choices and to stay under calorie goal. Tomorrow me needs this.

PW 200.0 CW 209.7 So there it is, the ugly truth of when you don’t track, exercise or get on the scale for two and a half weeks. Also had Mexican and beer yesterday, it wasn’t intentional, we were on a road trip and stopped for lunch.

@DD265 I take four half litre bottles and put them on the side in the kitchen. I know I have to drink them throughout the day. Sometimes it’s easy, most often it’s not but having them in sight helps with getting through them. Often I’m drinking the last one in the evening and know that’s going to cause a 3am loo run 🤷🏼♀️
