I have 8 & want lots more. The biggest are on my left arm. My daughter (she's 3yrs old) chose my last few. I have her name surrounded by daisies, mother/daughter fairies holding hands, a dandelion and dragonflies. She's already told me I need butterflies and a unicorn so that's the plan!

I used MFP during pregnancy to track nutrients, keep some consistency with meals/calories and make sure I didn't fall for the whole 'eating for two' thing (i like big portions) and I found it made me healthy & happy throughout. Congratulations!

Hi, I've been on here for over 2 years, still trying to get rid of the final few lbs. New friends might bring new motivation :)

Hi I'm in Derbyshire. I don't run but I do like a brisk walk it's my main form of exercise.

Hi hun, I'm 38 with a 3yr old girl :) I've lost 2 stone over a 2 year period I've got another 10lb to go. I'm the same, I can only keep on track by calories counting but I'm not really that strict with myself which is why it's been a slow process for me.

WOW to lose that amount in a year is amazing! I've been soldiering on for around 18 months and managed to lose 2st 6lb i'm finding it hard to shift the last few lbs. You look incredible :)

I'll be having a veggie pizza tomorrow night with a portion of fries.

Same. I've hit a diet brick wall having been at it for 18 months my losses have slowed right down and I'm finding it more & more tedious. It has been suggested to me that a break would be helpful so I'm considering giving it a go when I'm on holiday for a week in August. I haven't been able to persuade myself to do it…

Pre-baby I had a very unhealthy & reckless lifestyle but I was thin, probably too thin because in all honesty I just didn't eat. Then I fell pregnant which was ultimately a life saver. During pregnancy I used mfp to track nutrients & try to control any unnecessary weight gain. I did everything by the book & absolutely…

I love Zumba! I do it twice a week, its a full on 60 minute class doing all sorts of different dance styles to banging music. Personally I'm a single mum so it's my time to let loose and get my freak on!! I don't see anybody else in the room I just dance my *kitten* off and sweat a tonne. The more familiar I become with…

Bread. Without fail. Either as toast for breakfast or as a sandwich. Love my bread.

Hi, I've been vegetarian for 27yrs and my weight has been up & down for the majority of that time owing to my love of all things cheesy! I've been on mfp for around 18 months now & have lost 34lb. I'm probably not as strict as I could be with logging but it does work to keep a food diary and will definitely make you more…

You look fantastic! What an incredible transformation!

I eat sliced white bread everyday. Potatoes most days. The majority of my diet is made up of carbs and over 18 months I've lost 2st 6lb (34lb). My loss is probably quite a bit slower than a lot of people's on here but I point blank refuse to cut out the foods I like eating to lose weight because on reintroduction I'd more…
