No. Any food can be enjoyed in moderation!! I am in recovery from an eating disorder so your answer is really not helpful.1 -

For me, it's substituting a salad for that 3rd or 4th slice of pizza0

We get Indian takeout a lot at work. I love Kadai Paneer. Paneer cooked with tomatoes, onions, and green pepper.1

Whatever I want that fits in my calories. Last night I ordered a chicken cheesesteak.1

I am certianly not immune to ordering take out. Provided I can fit it into my calories, it's all good. I had some pretty fantastic Pad Thai the other night that I ordered delivery from one of my fav joints.1

Fish & chips at the seaside tomorrow for me! Approximately 1200 cals worth and I'll enjoy every single one!1 -

All of them (plus Thai) but not very often, mostly food is home cooked but I also eat out a lot.
Working in London I'm spoilt for choice.
Most frequent takeaway is probably lamb shish kebab. Add chips to it and you could call it fusion cookery!1
