    Welcome to My Fitness Pal.
I've come back onto this site as I find the app very user friendly, and last time around, I got shedloads of support from other members.
I dropped off the site and piled weight back on - I don't know which was the cause of what lol but I'm in it for real this time.

Hey, I'm in the UK and need some friends who are trying to lose weight. I want to lose about 3 stone, possibly more when I'm closer to that goal. I'll add you :)

    Wow you're awesome.
I'm in Huddersfield (from Oxfordshire originally).
    You can do it.
    Consistency is key.
    Go girl!
