    Hi. Im from.northumberland. planning on getting back into my running after i trained up for the 5k race for life then foolishly stopped training after i completed it! Can probably walk faster than i can run but im still lapping everyone sitting on the couch! Lol

    Hi I'm in Derbyshire. I don't run but I do like a brisk walk it's my main form of exercise.
