I have overnight oats for breakfast a couple times a week. And my lunches are usually the same most days of a week but I change it up every week (prep once on Sunday and eat that all week).0

Cottage cheese or greek yogurt with either a protein powder or pb2 mix in (sometimes both), turkey jerky, shredded chicken, banana, cantalope, cookies, chocolate, cereal with unsweetened almond milk, pistachios, some kind of bread ( lately it's been king's hawaiian sweet rolls), eggs...0

So jealous you have access to purple sweet potatoes. All the stores in my area only have regular0 -
My biggest "sin" is eating anything with ketchup or tomato sauce/juice. I'd created salads, meats, soups with some tomato juice for the taste. And I've stoped eating bread, or pasta (not bc I can't have it) but because I don't actually crave pasta or bread, only salty, sweet tomato flavour. And it helps me cut my calories too.0

Oh, I am also in with the egg crowd. I have 2-3 at breakfast every day, with a slice of toast, or rice and natto.
I also make a bean and vegetable soup that I eat at least every weekday, unless I need a break from it. I whip up a big pot of it on the weekend, and it usually lasts 2 weeks.0 -
COFFEE...then probably protein bars and salad/vegetables0

Protein powder. Can't go without. My fav? Cookies and cream.0
