What food (if any) do you eat nearly every day?

I have good quality cottage cheese with frozen blueberries on top at least once (sometimes 2 or 3 times!), every day. It's my absolute favorite. I try to eat a variety of different foods but cottage cheese is happening every day. What things do you guys have every day?

Porridge (oatmeal) pretty much. It's a good start to my day and workout fuel. Weirdly I hate repetitive eating but no thought breakfast doesn't bother me!3

Does tea count? If so, tea. All the time.
Beyond that, I tend to be something of a serial repeater, and eat pretty much the same kind of foods for long stretches, before I switch it out with something else.4 -
bananas, strawberries, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms -- some of my favorite foods2

Coffee.
I have lots of repetition in any given week, depending on what perishables I have in the house, but then I usually buy or make something different the next week. There's some repetition of fresh product across the weeks in any given season, but even within a season there's usually a fair number of different choices.5 -

Nearly every single day? Bread. At least 6 of the 7 days each week I eat my homemade bread because I bake a new loaf each Saturday and I don't wish to toss moldy bread. Kombucha. I include a cup with each dinner and constantly have a new batch fermenting. Coffee, Black. Sometimes I include a Coffee Mate condiment at work. Sometimes at home I put a cinnamon stick in the pot. I'm leaving off the many things I have at least 5 times weekly.3

Coffee and tea aren't foods - but apart from that, I have milk (whole, 4% fat) every day, and Wasa rye crackers/crispbread almost every day. I also have fruit and vegetables every day, but those are "categories", not "foods".0

Ramen noodles, mushrooms, chilli, kale, onions, soy sauce.
Then I throw in which ever veg is on the Aldi super 6 deal and which ever protein I fancy.
This is pretty much my dinner every night, quick and easy after a long 11 hour day.2 -
