I hate to point it out, but not too many of you look like you need to be dieting. You all look pretty slim to me. Am I in the wrong place? Is this the winner's circle or something? Guess I better make a quick list of all these foods - huh. Thanks everyone. You all look great.

A piece of protein cheesecake every night with some coconut topping before I go to bed as I can't sleep if I am hungry (thanks to Crazyrvr forum). Other than that, a protein bar for lunch every day and the thermos of half decaf-half regular coffee that I take to work every day.

Chicken breast, egg/egg white, or protein shake. Often all three every day. :) I'm a volume eater, so often a big salad for one meal almost every day.

I drink a lot of tea, but food would definitely be bananas whether in smoothie form or raw. I also regularly eat eggs, chicken, plain Greek yogurt, onions, and broccoli.

Coffee is the only thing I drink every day without fail. And bananas are a 4-5 day/week food. Other than that, i rarely eat the same food more than 3 or 4 days in a row. Sometimes it's more varied than that, even. I get bored with food repetition.

Most days I have Spinach or beef broth or both. If I could I would eat pineapple every day. I dont think I could stand to eat any other food every day without getting burned out in it.

I'm kind of sort of following Dr. Fuhrman's protocol so every day I make sure to eat what he calls 'GBOMBS'-(leafy) Greens, Beans (1 cup), Onion, Mushrooms, Berries and then Seeds. I base my day around this list.
