I am looking for more easy recipes lol I cannot cook whatsoever. Seems like whatever I make turns out disgusting. The only thing I can put together is a sandwich. I know its sad.

I've been eating glutino pretzels, organic 70% dark chocolate, kind bars, almonds, peanut butter, banana. I have actually been eating tons and tons fruit. I have a hard time with vegetables.

I always get the southwestern enchilidas with no cheese. and I never eat the rice or beans. Its around 670 calories.

I've been snacking on Skinny Pop Popcorn, and grapes. I also keep some Cliff Bars in my desk to satisfy my sweet craving. Goodness Knows Bars are also one of my favs right now!! Its apple, almond and peanuts with a dark chocolate bottom.

I am not a huge fan of protein shakes. Atleast, I haven't had one that is good.

I've been doing coffee with milk and ginger with no sugar, and one English muffin lately. Still not helping. Maybe I do need some eggs. It is so hard because hard boiled eggs can be smelly and I work in a cubicle.

How to do prevent the avocado from turning black?

I went to yoga classes for a month-paid $50!! I wasn't a huge fan of it because I had a hard time with some of the poses and I didn't feel any impact on my body. Maybe it was just me.

Oatmeal tastes so bland to me. My trainer created a meal plan and I can either eat one hard boiled egg, or brown sugar oatmeal. I am not a fan of oatmeal I don't know why. I think its the texture.

I would love to take a 10 minute break and walk but people at my work are too nosey and go straight to the manager when they see someone doing something like that.

My fitness trainer recommended coconut water! I bought the "Bai" brand and it is absolutely amazing!

I'm going there for lunch today and I HAVE to plan ahead otherwise I will order the unhealthiest, cheesiest item from the menu. I plan on getting their "make your own pasta" with whole wheat linguine, marinara and grilled chicken. I will not eat a breadstick, but will get salad with no cheese

Usually every day, I go on a walk during my lunch for 30 minutes and it is at a moderate pace. Today I had an Asian Sesame salad from Panera (half portion) and I feel pretty good! I think it has about 25g of protein.

For breakfast I eat a Fiber One Cookie because I take iron supplements and this helps my constipation. I also drink a bottle of starbucks iced coffee with milk -low calorie. and then I'll snack on an orange or banana until lunch

Mirabelle, I usually eat a salad kit from Kroger/Walmart. It has 250 Calories and comes in flavors like Chicken Ceaser, or Southwest Chicken.

I heard good things about ACV so do you just mix it in? I also heard cranberry juice is good for you? Anyone tried it?
