I keep it simple. I make enough for 4 days, portion it out and put in fridge. I put together my portioned out meals and snacks for the following say. .............. I like what someone wrote about them writting little notes for themselves:-) And also writing out times you will eat each meal or snack. Maybe this will help…

I am in the same boat!! Some days I can be accountable and put the cookies back but other times I binge.. can't have just 1. I feel terrible! I know it helps when I tell my friends or family close by to tell me "no! Dont do it!♡" Helps me stay accountable. Also, to drink a glass of water to fill my belly up.... so I feel…

I don't know if it's appropriate to ask someone if they lost weight or tell them they look like they lost weight.. . Kind of a touchy subject and borderline rude... maybe thats why no one is saying anything.

A month of following a diet and exercise plan and others noticed. I did not notice until I stepped on the scale and saw how much weight I lost.

I make my main course foods for the week and buy my healthy fruites, veggies and snacks. I put together my food the night before.

I find it helpful to watch youtube vids of the type of workout you want to do then you have an idea of what to do!!♡

A yoga mat will help. I am doing 21 day fix extreme. I got the dvd set from a friend. I love it! Its all I have.

In same boat... I am following 21 day fix extreme from Beach Body. I couldn't believe how much weight I lost. Also, my friends and family noticed how much more toned my body is too. Maybe try to follow a program like that.

YES!! I am going through the same thing at the moment. I do not keep that stuff in my house. I binge too if I eat just a little.

Dont keep food you shouldnt eat in the house. Youtube "clean eating". Start there.
