  • My steps were 4,645 My food was shyte tomorrow is a new day. My epic return got set back 1 day because my dad needed to get antibiotics today unexpectedly so we spent a lot of the day at the doctor's and commuting. All in all things are looking good.
  • This is an insightful question and videoing a nights sleep will difinititivly answer that.
  • Is your scale broken? So sometimes low battery or a worn out scale get stuck at or near the last number before things went wonky with their inner working. Let me also add I rarely see a scale drop no matter how little I eat for roughly 3 weeks after I start exercising. My suggestion is that you take body measurements…
  • Congradulations and welcome to the 200lb club. You have done an amazing job staying consistent and we're all really proud of you!🤩HAPPY BIRTHDAY🥳
  • Yes I'm still with you. I just had a rough low step week. On our hot day I couldn't walk, I injured my foot wearing sandals, I missed a day because my cousin in law was giving birth to my nephew and because I didn't go to sleep(her labor was induced and lasted about 24hours) I chose to skip the following day because I felt…
  • PW- 146.4 CW-144.4 I'm glad I'm starting to get back on track. I think my original goal might have been to aggressive so for July I just want to get to 140.0lbs or lower not necessarily 7lbs down. My goal being 130.0lbs makes it kind of impractical for me to be so aggressive at this point. A lot of the time now I'm…
  • Houses rarely stay empty. They may renovate and sell or rent it out. There is also the possibility of transient people or mischievous teens breaking in because it's uninhabited. That being said in my experience most people who hallucinate like my closest sibling and a few friends I know with schizophrenia or other mental…
  • 18,217 steps today. Most of our town including stores don't have AC so I did at least 50% indoors. I may skip tomorrow which is expected to be 112° no AC. It's cooler earlier but with the heat I'm struggling to sleep until the temp finally drops later in the night and I'm sleeping in. I drank 3liters of water maybe more…
  • You're welcome. After my short vacation in ocean shores we returned to a major heatwave WA temps here are 100° F most of the day where I'm at so I haven't been as chatty as usual. I'm trying to eat right and get those steps in but man it's hard with the wheather.
  • Steps 6/22-14,467 6/23-12,352 6/24-7,352 6/25-6,218 6/26-12,737
  • 146.4 is my weigh in today since returning from vacation. I'm excited to get back on track with my routine. I wasn't very active and ate poorly which really effected how I felt in a negative manner. The steps I did get in Thurs & Friday were really slow and just not how I walk or practice fitness.
  • Plant based for me. I get acne outbreaks and less long term reduced hunger from the alternative. I use low calorie almond milk to make it less calories too. It's a matter of preference taste wise and digestive system difference.
  • I'm on my last day of vacation. I ate the foods but tomorrow I'll be back at it... such is life.
  • Since 2 people have meantioned kidney or bladder stones. PSA increasing electrolytes through powders and athletic drinks + water is the leading cause. Gallstones(very similar) have the leading cause of very low calorie diet. All three types of stones are impacted by extra electrolytes or calorie deficits that are to low…
  • I'm glad to hear she's going to be okay and got medical attention. My weight always goes up from stress like that.
  • 6/21 steps 21,831 I ended up going just over my deficit but to be fair I just reduced my calorie allowance. I tend to stagger my calories going high then low but right now I'm trying to be more even about things. I drank over 2 litres of water.
  • 140°F would probably kill me. It's 88°F and I'm so hot right now. Even if it's only 1lb the fact that you're stuck in that heat means you are doing amazing things.
  • Sorry about my missing steps. Mid June to mid July is extremely busy event wise and we got lots of furniture on top of that which required assembly. We had a great Father's Day and today I'm trying to get patio chairs at a yard sale, go shopping to meal prep my birthday vacation and turn in my daugters distance learning…
  • I struggled with this too and use diet soda as an intermittent crutch also flavored carbonated water. Someday I'll get over it but not today. It's about cutting the calories and sugar not being perfect... one day at a time.
  • MFP salt and sugar info is WAY off on most items I double check with labels and find more wrong on nutrition info than right even if the calorie amount is right.
  • It was at least 3,000 calories of food and a 5th of fireball per day but yes I genuinely consumed enough to gain 10lbs. I was kind of letting lose after a really bad break up. It was messy I spent an entire week trying to forget. Unfortunately if you eat out 3x per day at 1200 cal meals it gets real bad real fast.
  • My stats 5'5" very small frame and bone structure despite putting on muscle okay. June 12th- 145.8lbs June 19th-142.6lbs LTD(from April 1st 2021) 18.4lbs Goals 1. 20lbs down by July1st 2. 30lbs down total 3. Build muscle and cardio endurance
  • When I started the scale stayed the same weight for 3 weeks. At the time I was discouraged trying to lose a 30lb gain. Thing is that stall on my scale was progress because I finally stopped gaining which was progress as important as losing weight that most people fail to credit themselves. You're doing great staying…
  • As far as blogging goes there's a seperate blog option on desktop and computers that phones can't see. This is a forum vs the blog function on MFP at least that's my understanding of the different options. That being said your pictures look beautiful!
  • These pictures are phenomenal you look de aged not aged and that's an amazing amount of progress!
  • I also experienced these symptoms and am glad you listened to your body.
  • 13,272 yesterday 6/26 Today 13,389 2minutes of elbow plank in total 30 step ups per leg My walking incorporated my attempting to run. I did better than most newbies but can't run 2 miles so I jogged and walked that part.
  • This may be a case of not being able to hear the message from you as the messenger. I think you should have him get advice from a male trainer he will grow to respect and admire. I have a wonderful spouse but we do not have the ability to advise each other in the diet region and we've learned it the hard way. Besides with…
  • dysmenorrhea is typically the term for painful periods and ovulation prior to finding the underlying cause because in many cases the minimally invasive surgery is needed to identify the under lying cause of the symptoms. That diagnosis is usually step 1 before further investigation and a plan of action. I was labeled as…
  • I remember trying to walk before my 2019 surgery... it wasn't very doable so I lost weight without exercise by just eating less although it's not pleasant. I love the different options being thrown out on this thread and just wanted to say I really hope you get effective treatment for your back soon and you're not alone.
