Sounds like water retention. Don't give up, the scale will move. My weight usually goes up a little if I've weight lifted or even ran a few miles. All part of the process so don't worry. Your doing great btw, 6 days in the gym!

It is safe but drinking too much can lead to water intoxication (basically an imbalance of electrolytes). But only if you drink 1 to 2 gallons of the stuff! If you get bored of it try adding lemon or lime. Green tea has 0 calories and has loads of health benefits. Good luck!

I use the Samsung S Fit for logging walking time and calories burned onto MFP and I find it very accurate. I sometimes take it out my bag and look at it while walking and it never misses a step!

Very interesting read. At the moment I'm on a calorie controlled diet and doing 45 mins to 1h30mins of excersise a day. How many calories do you burn typically doing this 'All Out' excersise as opposed to what I'm doing I wonder. Any answers. Thanks

If your not hungry then don't eat and try to avoid eating after 7pm. It's not the end of the world that you don't reach your calorie target for one day. If it's a common thing then try having a few more calories at breakfast time and try to balance it out that way. Good Luck.

I think this is where my flaws lie. I crash diet for about 6 month to a year and can lose 3 to 4 stone in this time. Your so right to say that fast weight loss is not sustainable but hear I am hopefully 3rd time lucky. Thank you for your encouragement :)
