Should I be taking some kind of vitamins or dietary pills?!

Diet pills? No. Vitamins? Only if you believe you need to supplement some of your nutrients that you aren't getting from food.1

Don't take diet pills.
Vitamins: useless to some, insurance for others. They usually aren't harmful. They have no effect on weight loss.1 -
Here's the thing. I tried diet pills for 6 months and lost 2 stone. I then stopped taking them for the next six months and lost 2.5 stone. So they really had no effect on me. But we're all different. I take a multi vitamin every day and have to say I swear by them. I am difficient in the B12 vitamin and this tops me up as I don't drink milk and don't eat a lot of red meat. It's completely your choice but if your diet isn't rich in vitamins then there's no harm in taking them.1
