  • Hi tinkerbellang83, I had 3 membera of family who were very ill so I ended up having to be there for them, so I lost my routine. Once they improved it was so hard to get back into a routine again, which I have now and feel so much better about it! You look fantastic and well done for your achievements! :)

  • I managed to lose 4lbs from being 100% on it yesterday. Day 2 today and still motivated and on track with healthy eating. Still sorting the house but this evening I will start on the paperwork - wish me luck! Hope you are all staying motivated - we can do this!!
  • I did reply...not sure where it went though! Just want to say a big thank you for taking the time to reply. I agree that it has to be small gradual steps as when I do it drastically it's not sustainable. I will definitely plan meals and take time out to track daily.   • Many of you have inspired me on here...I will be packing my trainers so when I get any cancellations at work I can go for walks (my work shoes are not practical) I used to sit around in the car with a coffee (and cake) waiting for my next appointment!
