  • Challenge #3 This week I had: broccoli, zucchini, romaine lettuce, & spinach.
  • CHALLENGE #2: “RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside) - How could I not. The weather is so beautiful here in AZ :)
  • Challenge #1 5k Frostbite Footrace although in Phoenix there was no frostbite. I walked while volunteering on a Festival delivering ice to booths. I made it as frosty as I could get ;p
  • Oh my! Glad nothing is broken. May the bruises heal quickly!
  • Me too! Except I had a cantaloupe. As I sit there munching it hit me "hey, this is orange!"
  • Brittany here! This is my second race and I am hoping to pull more active minutes. My fitness has progressed since the last go around so I am excited to see what I can do. My favorite exercise is P90x/P90x3. Each trainer is different and I like Tony Horton's style. I like feeling my body get stronger. Lately I have found…
  • Sick is an Awful way to start 2017 but Yay for your recovery!
  • Did a few stairs today: Stair tally up/down = 210
  • Only one day at the 10,000 steps for me. And I just got a Fitbit for Christmas so i want to reach my goal so it can light up and I can feel all "accomplished" but work and life this week keep shutting me down. Lol
  • At the same time as the amazing race challenge I also did the Hogwarts Holiday challenge and I won overall Biggest Loser! I lost 5.95% of my body weight in the time frame of the challenge. I am so stoked at the news. And while it's hard to stay motivated during the holidays I hope everyone is doing well. Happy Holidays…
  • Left: July 2016, weight 215lbs Right: Dec 2016, weight 175lbs
  • I was please with myself during the stairs challenge. I found it easier this go around than the Transylvania week. Either I am stronger physically or mentally knew I could do it since I had done so previously or both! It was great to feel the difference in my ability.
  • After a period of continuous tracking you can guess how many calories things have without putting them in. It makes it easier to determine the "worth" of what I am eating. "Do I really want to spring for that class of wine today?" It's easy to overeat when you are unaware. I call them "calorie dangers" things that don't…
  • Ah, NY, born and raised in New York City until I was 12 years old. Never went to the parade though. Try to catch it every year on tv though. I am grateful for my roommate. He has been the one stable consistent thing in my life for the past two in a half years while the rest of my life has gone through it's ups and downs. I…
  • I use it an love it. Am finishing up P90x3 and thinking of starting up one of the Insanity programs once I am finished. These programs are so much more convenient and effective than any gym!

  • If you are looking for a great ab DVD I love T25's Ab Intervals. I feel it in my abs more than any other ab video I have ever done. (Jillian, P90x, P90x3)
  • Oh my! Just struggled through 10 mins of Jump roping. I haven't done that since I was a kid and I am wheezing. Maybe it's just me. Phew! Hope everyone is having a good week.
  • I had that same mission this weekend. The trend is skinny jeans so I kept seeing them everywhere but I just wanted a simple bootcut. It took a bit but I finally found something. Good luck!
  • Hope everyone had a great Halloween, here is a fun picture we took at work!
  • If you notice there is a little tab over minutes in the other teams spread sheet when you hover over it it tells you what that person did. I have seen people log 90 min deep cleaning. I know I am "under" logging and am going to try and be better about it. For instance, today I walked to the supermarket and back. It's only…
  • I feel you, I didn't have quite enough room for thriller so I kept jamming into the wall it probably was a horror to watch, good thing I was the only one in the room haha!
  • The idea of doing the math ahead of time seemed daunting to find out how many flights I actually had to climb so I decided to wing it and sort of periodically check in to see if I hit the mark which resulted in going over. Just finished going up and down 50 times at 17 steps. counting only up that 850 steps! Pretty pumped…
  • Ah! I wasn't sure if the challenge part were numbers we filled or had to be put in by the "moderator". I will update my challenge,
  • As my introduction post/ Where I live post were before monday I fear they did not count so I am reposting. All Friend requests sent. Almost all have been accepted :) Will be drumming soon but I fear the water challenge got the best of me. It has however made me aware of how much more water I should be drinking.
  • I am located in Scottsdale, AZ. Dry, warm, and beautiful. The desert mountains are breathtaking. @MissionEnforcer
  • My name is Brittany, I'm 26 years old and I work as the Business Development Manager at the local animal hospital. Five years ago I lost 50lbs doing P90x but did not stay committed to active fitness and monitored nutrition and during the last five years I gained it all back plus 17 pounds. In July I recommitted by starting…
