No I meant, on the days that I don't do one of them I do the other, it switches every other day.

I got five 'woo's on this comment, are they sarcastic because my comment seems crazy? Or actual cheering? I can't tell. Lol.

Thanks

And I do want suggestions please.

Any tips to defeat perfectionism then?

I think you nailed it. Going for the lean look, but if that's predisposed like you say, then oh well.
-
By smaller frame, I mean people are already saying you look too skinny don't lose anymore. And in pictures and stuff you do look skinny but your bf % is still up there. Thanks for the replies.

I have been lifting but that's starting to give me that muscular look where I see muscles protruding. I'm trying to go for a fit, toned look.
-
When I checked last, my BF% was at around 16.4%. I wonder how much I should aim for, 12%?

Squats and push-ups, are they good for recomping and can be done in place of lifting weights? Bodyweight instead of weights.

Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you!

Alright, so everyone is suggesting 'recomposition,' which I'm assuming is to do weight training and that's it? So no more cardio? And don't worry about getting under 160 anymore? Thanks. Just confirming. Also, "At your height and weight you are already at a healthy BMI. So unless you want to lose for vanity reasons, you…

Yes, like, when I tense that area, it bulges up...isn't that a sign of bulging?
-
Right, it doesn't happen by accident, and it takes a lot of hard work. But I'm doing like three days per week of strength training and weights...and I see my thighs bulging already. Is three or four days "a lot?" How do I know what's a lot?
-
Thanks everyone for your tips!
-
Thank you!

Maybe he means he was burning 2000 calories a day as in his bmr + exercise, not all from exercise. So if his intake was 1250, then he'd have about a 750 calorie deficit which doesn't sound bad.

You can do it! As a human being you have the power in you to achieve, succeed, and accomplish. Set goals with rewards, envision all the benefits that you'll get from accomplishing your goals. And never give up!

Sorry, I don't know why there's three threads of this! Moderator, if you could, please delete them. Thanks!

Haven't you noticed that runners and exercisers usually look younger?

Patience is essential!

Do you wanna get more beautiful and fitter, and healthier?! Then forget laziness! Work out, diet, do things that are great for you and your body, both physically and mentally because it's SO worth it! :)

You can do it! You're doing this to look even better, more attractive, and most importantly, better health! It's so worth it. Go ladies!

30 calories is the limit amount of calories that goes to fatburning, and anything past 30 calories is lean tissue? Sorry, I'm a bit confused.
-
So are you saying that...for example, someone walks all day at a park and someone else only walks 20 minutes that day. The amount of fat loss will pause at some point for the all day walker who probably used up a lot of calories, and that it's kind of pointless to keep burning calories after a certain amount of exercise or…

Is there a difference between eating at a small deficit or large?
-
I know right. It's like they act like they're concerned, but their concern is more of a nuisance for you and it's the opposite effect because you're trying to get healthy! :)
