I'm deeply sorry to hear about his misfortune however I never stated food and herbs are the cure for all. If one is injured from a car collision I don't think it'll be wise to seek healing from food. We have common sense so we must use it accordingly.

I tried to ignore this but I can't. "You've to.." Seriously? Sounds terrible when read. It takes away from the oomph in the statement. I know it's correct grammar but it's off to me.

Yep and it's much simpler than the way you've outlined. Baring in mind I've been counting cals for at least a decade, like you I pretty much know the calorie content of any given food give or take. I eat 3 meals a day so I split my macros into 3 then I plate up accordingly. It's pretty easy gauging what 60g worth of meat…

Yes. Btw, habitual consumption of vegetables isn't mandatory for vitality. I mean it doesn't hurt but it's no magic pill like it's marketed as. That being said don't sleep on them just yet. You can chop them up and add them to a stir fry so they eventually take on the taste of the main dish.

True point. Sucks for people who genuinely want change. My heart goes out to peeps with such toxic supposed "support systems".

Lol. This isn't good. I guess everyone goes through their crawling phase. Be sure to bookmark this and revisit it in a years time. It'll be a barell of laughs to you - providing you continue on your fitness journey.

3 weeks in is not enough time to judge whether or not you've plateaued. However to out your mind at rest at a maintenance for 2-3 days then resume eating in a deficit. Be sure your deficit isn't too harsh.

We're gonna need more info here. But generally 120g - 140g is more than OK.
-
Think I'm sick of the sight of this topic now. Eat mainly nutritionally dense foods and anything else of your desire while staying in a caloric deficit. Case closed.

Looking back, that film was probably the most *kitten* up film I've witnessed. A muscle man Mum? What ever will they think of next.

I'm so lost... I'll see my way outta here. Good luck with the ice thing though.

In terms of health, maxing out my physical potential. What could be more fun than journeying to uncharted physical territory.

It's because you fit in their life a certain way. Now you're seeking change they have to go through altering their perception of you which in turn changes their reality. It's much easier to just discourage you, avoiding any change on their part. Or, some people just hate to see people Win. Period. It shines a light on…

Stay inspired by visualizing your goals as precisely as you can daily. You usually require proof before belief. You've done with your mind now you know it's attainable. Now go and make it a reality.

Rest rest rest. You gotta rest the muscle and almost show it some love. Massaging the area will help move the blood around as well as providing it warmth. But yeah, therapy will be a good option it the pain doesn't subside after a consistent effort to rehab it from yourself.

I perform a light stretch pre workout. Nothing too fancy. Just unwinding from the drive to the gym. After that I walk at pace on the treadmill then I'm g2g. To wind down I deep stretch with a foam roller for 15 mins.

Stir Fry Rice Noodles with a dash or two of soy sauce.

It's a great starting point if you're a newbie. I transitioned from bodyweights > home weights > gymnasium. You can also combine the two. We don't live in scarcity.
-
No I don't. If you don't believe anything I've said that's OK .

Correction. Monetize *beyond penuts.

I here you. Maybe I worded my point incorrectly. In essence what I'm saying is eating the best quality food from nature - including herbs, tailored to ones own body will no doubt eleviate you from the majority of diseases and fix what issues you do have depending on how advanced they are. The body is a giant chemistry lab…

Lol. OK.

Why do I feel I'm being ridiculous if I say.. just eat if you're hungry. There's a fine line between being on a journey to improve your health and developing a distorted view of food.

Repetition Deepens The Impression. This pic appears on these kinda posts without fail. OP, your issue is lack of patience. If you understood how the body works, it has no alternative but to decrease in size if expending more energy than it's receiving. Stick to eating at deficit and give it at least 3-4 weeks.

You're missing the point. They both work.

...In the famous words of Hippocrates. I couldn't agree more. If we view the body through the eyes of chemistry, 99% of deseasss can be cured. Period. They've been using food sources for medicine longer than we've been using medicine. The only reason this approach to health isn't mainstream is because it can't be…

It really isn't abstructive in terms of main meals. She can eat any meat source she wants along with rice, rice noodles, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, vegetables the lust is endless. Fats will obviously fall in. Where it can get tricky is if she's a snack type person. Her new lifestyle basically forces her to eat…
