  • I have done some radio frequencies sculpting. I cant say 100% that that was the reason I now have a jaw line but for the low cost, I will do more. It is more heat than cool.
  • Thank you for all your comments.... They have really given me things to think about.... I like the idea of flexible dieting. Making good choices and staying in control. The hunger component is new for me since I added the increase in exercise. Hunger has been one of the things I have struggled with in the past-when I am…

  • Talk to your doctor.....but please be aware that one of the things about the weight gain does is prepare your body for breastfeeding. I was healthy and the baby had good weight gain but I didn’t have enough goodies stored to produce enough milk. I attribute part of my issue to not storing enough to breastfeeding…
  • I have to admit I have been worried about extra skin. As a nurse, I have looked at pros and cons of surgery. Risk vs benefits. I am concerned about scaring.....recovery time, general anesthesia, and cost. I have lost 80 lbs. Loose skin is an issue but as stated and based on research-reading...time takes care of some of it.…

  • I have to say I agree with most of the posters...... I have found that if I am hungry before bed I increase my water intake. When I first started watching what I eat, I was hungry going to sleep. A spoon of peanut butter helped. I got to the point of not needing anything before bed. I sleep more soundly. The thing I have…

Although I’m happy with that number I’m shooting for another 20 over the next year. I like the way clothes fit me now even though I’m still carry more weight around my…
  • Your doctor should schedule you some appointments with the physical therapist. They can be a good source of information as to what you can and can’t do. Let them know your goals and what you want to avoid. Be frank and upfront with them. That will let them know that you’re motivated and they may invest more in your…

  • So I will add my 2 cents-- 1. You have done an amazing job. 2. I believe slow is best. 3. My boss (a doctor) just did some education that shows the keys to success include a. Logging your food intake b. weighing frequently c. measuring body areas-a minimum of 4 areas-arms, waist, hips, thighs These things have helped me…
