163.5lbs....about where I've been for the past few weeks. Honestly, not putting too much thought into it. Thinking about buying myself a smart scale. I really want to start lifting weights to gain more muscle.

SW: 175.5lbs CW: 162.5lbs I'm back to where I was 2 weeks ago, meaning I lost the couple of pounds I had gained. So, basically maintaining.

@Katebook309yahoocom940 some of them get haircuts to avoid getting overheated when they work hard. Yesterday's clip job did not go well....my blades were too dull for all of his hair so he ended up like this :D

That's great news! It's so frustrating how long it takes for some injuries to heal...just as it's frustrating how long it takes to lose weight. Our bodies are pretty amazing though :blush:

Dang it!!!! I did not reach any goals today :( It was another miserably windy day. Whatever...I guess that's the new normal. But it was cold! I really didn't want to be out in it any longer than I had to be, so I didn't. Yep, I took a break today and I am cool with it :D

Thought I'd check to see where I was 31 days in.... Well, I never followed through with the body weight challenge. haha! I kept forgetting about it until the end of the day and then just couldn't get myself to do it. Oh well! I'm still running and riding :blush:
