I weigh daily first thing in the morning. I’m eating more now that I’m maintaining and I need a reality check to make sure I stay within my range. I adjust my calories as needed. It’s all about management now but I still need to be mindful - otherwise I know what will happen.

That is a real accomplishment! I started last May myself and have lost about 50 lbs. Losing the last few to get to the weight range I feel will be best for me has been a struggle but I am very slowly making progress. I also don’t care for cheat meals. I incorporate all foods in my eating so everything is available to be -…

Feeling a little hungry is so much better to me than overeating so much that I can’t move. I enjoy my meals a lot more. Very close to my goal after losing 50 lbs.

Hi Alan There are three things that are the keys to success - you already know them. - Logging your food ( calorie limit) - Moving more ( exercise) - Community- talking about it to help keep your focus. Just start again- right now. You don’t have to be perfect all the time - just keep going forward. I have lost about 50…

In the first two months of Covid- all we had to look forward to was eating; so I gained even more. I felt physically lousy and knew I had to change something or I was going to be in serious trouble health wise. So I went back to basics. Logging my foods, exercising daily, walking and getting involved in community to help…

I started taking a multi vitamin about 4 months ago. I am trying to build up immunity as we live in an in law apt with little grandkids upstairs and every time they get a cold- I would get sick. So far, so good. I also take turmeric and magnesium.

I actually feel like speakeasy- I am a little uncomfortable. I feel a little self conscious when people make a lot of comments all the time. While I did want to lose to look better, my main focus was health and strength.

I continue to measure and portion my food as always done. That has never been a problem; it’s boredom eating/ snacking. Trying to work on addressing that problem.

Hi Alec- not a full timer but half year on road. I have weights and a stretchy band that I use- takes up very little space. Also videos on YouTube that I subscribe to that have routines I follow. I also do a lot of walking. When the weather is nice, I love hiking. I try to get up frequently if I am sitting for a while. You…

Hundredth timer here too! The best time of my life was when I was in control of my eating and active. I want to take that back. So today I am facing it and will make those changes! Would love to give and receive support!

I am just starting today. I feel so out of shape, uncomfortable and out of control. The best time of my life was when I was in control of my eating and active. I really want to go back to that time.
