I'd also suggest taking measurements every 4 weeks. I used to work with weight loss clients..... body fat DOES move around as you lose. Keep going.π

a HUGE help will be if you also take your measurements. neck, chest/bust, right arm. . belly button, hips at widest, right thigh and right calf. Be sure to do the same place on limbs each time (usually the largest point diameter) You can check measurements every 3 weeks if you're active, every 4-6 if less active. You willβ¦

Smoking does increase the metabolism. Its a simulant. I was taught this immediately when working with heavy smokers at the diet clinic. If you web search Web MD states it too, and consumption of caffeine is often a combo that really messes w the thyroid and metabolism.

Those are my mom's very most favorite cookies. I think when I eat they seem too sweet but I understand a sweet craving. I think at the end of the day where everybody stands should be based on what they want most out of their life and their own self control. For me if I was really craving sweets, one of these cookies wouldβ¦

I don't know for sure what you are going for but I, as a less active and short female, have a lot of great results when I completely cut out bread, pasta, sweets, and really sugary fruits. When I load up on vegetables and focus on lean meats, and try to cook with as little oil as possible most of the time, it really allowsβ¦

I would wean off because the cigs burn a lot of cals. And changing all 3 things (cal intake, cal burn, and cigs) is a bit if a jolt to the body. Willpower is expendable and you do want to be realistic with goals... id love for you to do it all and you can. But maybe not all at once. Ive never quit smoking but ive workedβ¦

I am 5'3" and through a medically founded weight loss company did a 6 mos long diet of 800 cals a day but OVER 125gms of protein, for a consistent loss of 2lbs a week with no additional exercise. When I eat the recommended 1200 to get my "loss to post to the feed" I sit at the same weight unless I workout. Not all of usβ¦

This is the fast way. People hate it but it does work to speed things up. Just be careful when you reintroduce carbs. Go slowwwww. Or the regain is often a shocker.
