I struggle with giving into cravings..... It can be pretty intense. Especially when something pulls me away from my routine. I'm trying to find a way to battle them. I also am not a fan of working out :( but I'm working on that too.

Right now I am doing the couch2K app workout, it is a running program and for the first few weeks you do intervals of walking and running!

One down one more to go.... I'm going to attempt T25 again, though the last time it didn't go so well.

I try to drink a gallon of water a day, limit white carbs and right now I am doing fish and veggies mainly. Meals preparing works best for me and structure. Weekends throw me off guard because of the UN expected and Holidays. Temptation gets me, but I am working on it. My go to foods are tuna and eggs.

Thanks everyone! This is great. MFP has me set at the 1200 which is working, but I needed ways to add more protein. I eat meat, but now I have more options.

Thank You! I thought of that as well, sometimes your never really sure if the estimates are quite right, the days you see the 900 calories are what I am doing now... MFP has me set at 1200 so now I am trying to eat only 1000 to lave room for errors and I am no longer eating back my exercise calories.... so hopefully that…

To keep them in the best shape.... do chest work, like push ups the keep the muscles behind them strong ( perky) and some firming lotion!
