I had a light line like that with my son, you are. Congrats!!!

Vanity and health.. but mostly vanity.

Nice body

Wonderful! Do not worry about the weight, it will come off, but sometimes your body needs to shrink first.

Yeah, they are a pretty good waste of money, not to mention the sodium is through the roof. Prepackaged meals are NOT the way to go..

I jog daily, walk daily and stretch daily.. It is a combination of intensities for me and it works very well. I average 50 minutes per day right now between them all, eventually I will increase it by 10-20 minutes per day. Some people take time off and others do not, I am not sure what advice I can give you other than…

Congratulations! That is a feat!

Don't they all? LOL I feel for yah.

I am not a physician but it sounds like a sugar imbalance. I have not viewed your diary so I do not know what you are consuming, however I would be sure to eat balanced meals. Make sure you are getting protein, eating vegetables/fruit and eating a carbohydrate twice a day.

Yes, SLOW DOWN! I have yet to run the 6mph that they want you to run. I am 5'3" so my legs are shorter and I cannot run as fast so quickly but I keep a great pace at what I can run. I jog in-between days so my run time is over a half hour straight.

Haha, I find this funny because my ex-husbands new wife told me yesterday that I can't keep a man. LOL  That is NOT my problem in the least. :smooched: LOL. I am single because I actually WANT to be. I had spent the past 4 years dating guys who would blurt out that they LOVE ME within 24 hours, and honestly as…

I do not use the calorie calculations on this site, they are way off base. I am a subscriber to Fitness Magazine and I use their calorie calculator to base what I've burned for the day. My weight is heading down so it must be pretty accurate or close to.

Lots of lean meats and vegetables or fruits, they are very filling when portioned out.

Agreed, I had done the same. Smoke free here since January 2011 with no cravings what-so-ever.

I wasn't losing any weight when I was running even though I was getting smaller. I just found out I am pregnant and I attribute that to my non-loss of weight. However, everyone's situation is different. Maybe you are eating too many carbs and sugars?

I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant but I keep spotting and am beginning to deal with some cramping. I am on week 6 day 2 of the C25K + I jog in-between. I am no longer going to place that amount of stress on my body because I do not want to miscarry. I would say do NOT do the program once you become pregnant,…

Scary! Where do you live so I never end up moving there..

Haha, that's funny because I hear a lot of men say that about women in general. I was fortunate enough to learn at a very early age and I can cook & bake excellently even though I fall in your age group range there. Maybe it's just the women you meet.. we aren't all that way.

You could just ask him. When I was married my husband (at the time) admitted to me that he was bi-sexual even though he had only acted on it before we were together and after our divorce. Maybe your man likes men too. It always helps to talk about it.. It could be too that he just wants to spend time with you but you wont…

I have not been under 120lbs since I was in my senior year in High School. The lowest I had ever gotten was 112lbs and that was plenty small for me. I looked like I was on the verge of being anorexic (being 5'3" with a medium frame). I think it depends on your bone structure, if you are small boned then I think you could…

That is awesome! Right now I am jogging daily but I can only jog 20 minutes straight before I need a walk, then I can pick up again and jog some more. Hopefully I will get to 45 minutes without a walk, that right now is my ultimate goal. You sound like you're doing great! What a nice story and thank you for sharing! 15…

Chigger56, Thank you for your response. I will certainly keep it going everyday (except when I take off for vacation) and keep in mind that the weight will come off.

Agreed.. Skin is beautiful to me, not ink. Tattoo's are a turn off to me.

Thank you osutuba, I do feel really great after my daily jog, I will admit that it takes a lot of motivation to get past 10 minutes for me but maybe its because I have not been doing it very long. So you jog for 2 and a half hours? No walking during a marathon? Haha, pardon me for not knowing anything about it. I love the…

I actually began stretching and walking.

Nope, not a drinker. =^)

I would have to agree that it sounds like you're getting shin splints. I would certainly take it a little easier if you do go back to the c25k program before taking a rest. Maybe slow your pace down a little and stretch for a minimal of 5-7 minutes before and after. It is only my advice, however you are entitled to do what…

I'm on week 4 - day 2 (today) and glancing at week 5 looks kinda scary. I practiced jogging for 20 minutes straight at 4.6mph (I did it) since I see week 5 calls for it. Dang! That really kicked my butt! I was sweating up a storm! The goal is to run it at 6mph? That's crazy! I'm not sure I'm ready for that next week!

I am starting W3D3 in a few minutes. Good luck to all of you.
