I did lazy keto previously for 2 years and lost 60lbs, started eating carbs again and gained 40lbs back. I recommitted 2 months ago and I'm down about 20lbs so far. My diary is open and I log daily if anyone wants to add me :)

Honest question - does aerobics vs cardio really matter? If you're not wearing a heart rate monitor or tracker any of those calculations are going to be an estimate anyway.

I have an add-on to show net carbs on my PC but is there anything like this for mobile? I usually log all of my evening calories via android app. Even using the mobile browser instead of the app, there doesn't seem to be a way to install an add on.

Peanut butter pancakes! They're low carb - if they fit into your macros they are seriously the tastiest things ever. I bet you could sub the heavy cream for milk (or even half and half) to bring the calories down if you need to.

You might be better off getting a sweetened caramel iced coffee instead. A large milkshake for breakfast would give anybody a belly ache. 60 carbs!

Crockpot unstuffed cabbage! Head of cabbage, sliced/shredded, ground turkey (browned), onion, garlic, can of tomatoes (sauce, stewed, chunks, doesn't matter, get creative!), brown rice + seasoning of choice. YUM

The treadmill will be more accurate IF you input your age/weight into the machine, however it still won't be as accurate as a HRM. My HRM reading and the treadmill readings are always 100~ calories or so off from eachother, and I find that the MFP calculation is always very high.

Nope, I love coffee and won't give it up! I always use sugar free creamer and don't add any additional sweetener, so it's not the end of the world calorie wise.

I used to work nights, and you really have to decide to log your days as midnight to midnight, or sleep to sleep, and stick with it that way every single day (even non-work days).
