What would I put that as in excercising? They have strength and cardio, so what would I put? Please help so I can log my excerses correctly! Thank you!

    Cardio.

    If there isn't an entry in there I suppose you could log it as circuit training under cardio.

    Ok.because she said she did strength so i didn'T know. I was putting cardio- then aerobics. So thank you

    in the cardio section, there's calisthenics, vigorous effort, I enter in 30 minutes even tho I do 45.

    Circuit Training General, think it's 26 mins in total - this was the consensus when a group of us did it for the first time a couple of years ago...

    Honest question - does aerobics vs cardio really matter? If you're not wearing a heart rate monitor or tracker any of those calculations are going to be an estimate anyway.
