Agreed on the above...also, if you are repeating the same exercises your body will get used to them and they wont be as effective and as such your metabolism will plateau because it doesnt need to work hard to keep up with the workout as its well oiled to it! Shake up the exercise and eat fresh home cooked food :)

When you say you're doing it in spurts, it sounds like you're getting a stitch because you're going too fast too quickly... Build it up slowly and it should be ok :)

I started yesterday! Im looking forward to moving onto ripped in 30 in the new year, i also want to do 6 week 6 pack and the killer buns and thighs DVD (which i dont think comes out in the UK till after xmas unless Amazon is lying to me?) Im somewhere between 8st9 and 8st7 (different scales are reading me differently). I admit that doesnt sound like very much but i am 5ft1.
