Yesterday I hit 86lbs lost and speaking to my mother in law today (who I am really close to) she suddenly stated "WOW - you have lost me...."
I must add that she is tiny about 4ft 2" and petit but it's true - have lost my Mother-In-Law and in the nicest possible way....
This really hit home as I could not imagine carrying her around with me the whole time.....

Awesome! I came to this conclusion yesterday... The amount I have to lose is equivalent to carrying around my 11 year old nephew piggy back all the time! What a great NSV! You are inspiring!0
