I tend to burn 300+ Calories per 20 min workout... once you figure out how to engage your mucels properly you will be sweating but with zero impact on your knees and joints! Just give your body 2 hours to digest food before going to bed so that it has a chance to use the fuel provided by the food.... Once you go to sleep your body starts storing the products of food n not using it effectively

I used hydroxycut and am on a break but will go back in a couple weeks! The cafiene kick helps increase the metabolism for sure and I find works well if the products are similar

I read n found it true that elevating your calorie intake once pet week increases the weight loss! Your body adjust for reduced calories over an extended time frame but by having a cheat it never adjust and allows an increase in fat burn off!
