I don't think that you can create hips. Usually it's genetic or it runs in the family. Your body is beautiful though, hips or no hips.

Although you cannot jog on the road. You can jog on the pavement or find a local park. Depending on the area that you are going to be staying in. There are also some gyms that to free access for a day, it's worth checking it out on the internet.

I Agree...It Doesn't Take that long to log in so why not. But on the other hand I suppose people just want to enjoy themselves on Christmas day without having to worry about logging in. Each to there own I guess. As long as people don't over indulge tomorrow it should all be fine. Merry Christmas everyone.

Aside from some of the comments that have already been mentioned I recommend that you 'Try a different scale'. Some scales are not that accurate and it would help just to have a second one just incase one is delivering faulty readings.

Aww there is no need for you to feel awkward at the gym you look fantastic. I used to feel that way. Sometimes I still do until I get inside the gym. At the end of the day everyone is at the gym for the same reason and that is to work out.

Even if you can't log in everyday. Try and write what you are eating down in a notebook, then when you have time you can log it in later. This way it's a lot easier to keep track of what you are eating. x
