Thank god for this thread! this is exactly what has been happening with me - work out hard = gain weight - ease up and it comes off!! I thought i was going mad but at least now i know the reason!

I have 30 day shred and 6 week six pack (which has 2 workouts) and i mix them all up and do a different one each day! Nothing is worse then getting bored as you dont put everything into your workout - so dont be scared to mix it up!

Jillian Michaels recommends that you do the dvd 5 days a week and take 2 rest days - which days you workout and which days you rest are up to you and when you can fit them in!

I love Jillian Michaels! Especially 30 day shred and 6 week 6 pack! the workout's are only 20-30 minutes long so are really easy to fit in to your day, and they get you sweating in no time!

I also have to sit on my butt all day :( i get around this by walking to and from work - which adds up to 6 miles a day!! I also bring in my own food and make sure i have no spare cash on me so im not tempted by the vending machine!
