Friday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Planks

Let's see if we can do 50 hold each one for as long as you can.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 50.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    I'm in. Does this mean an hour of exercise if we hold each one for a minute? That is a lot of time. I hope I am to weak to last that long.

    I'll try. Lol. Sucks that I only have about 3 hours a night to get this stuff done. I'll do as many as I can though!

    just one thing though, how do you input this into your exercise report though? it doesnt recognise ''plank''.

    Calisthenics I think it's called but I never include any of my challenges though.

    It's worth a shot, I think other then making dinner, I just have laundry and dishes to wash today, renisance fair tomorrow!

    I got all mine done. did 20 normal ones and 15 each of the sides.

    ok thanks :) but i have to include it, as today has been awful, with no exercise at all, apart from those forty planks, so i have to input something!!
    back in the zone tomorrow. we all have bad days sometimes i guess.
