Today's challenge is: Planks
Let's see if we can do 50 hold each one for as long as you can.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 50.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I'm in. Does this mean an hour of exercise if we hold each one for a minute? That is a lot of time. I hope I am to weak to last that long.0

Calisthenics I think it's called but I never include any of my challenges though.0 -
It's worth a shot, I think other then making dinner, I just have laundry and dishes to wash today, renisance fair tomorrow!0

Gonna get in on this. Be nice to have someone hold me accountable for some different workouts. Should do them on a medicine ball...0

ok thanks but i have to include it, as today has been awful, with no exercise at all, apart from those forty planks, so i have to input something!!

well since i didnt have home inet yesterday and my work doesn't allow you tube, i didnt watch the video and did what i knew
I did 4 planks on each of my sides for 15 secs each. Not as many as I would have liked however this too shall improve.0
