I looked it up..and yeah, it's a joke. the list is raw fruit and veggies....stuff that should be eaten anyway. Trust me, the magically list isn't swaying my ideas any. I am just going to keep doing what i'm doing. It works for me.

been a curly haired red head my whole life....and have hated it my whole life! lol. around 8 years ago I started straightening it with relaxers...only around once a year, usually for summer when humidity is at its worst and I start looking like Bozo the clowns sister. Like you I usually wear it up, but I use my…

depends on what kind of exercise you are creating the play list for. weird combo here but Michael Buble's Its a Beautiful Day and Korns Twisted Transistor are both good songs to set a strong steady pace for walking.

i know this might sound a bit silly to some...but no you are not getting 'bigger' your skin is just getting loose. it takes a while for your skin to 'shrink'. think of it this way.....you have a sweater that you love, and it has gotten stretched over time and looks baggy now. I know that is what happen to me when i started…

i have always been "bigger" but about 10 years ago, i stepped on the scale...and i was heavier than it would register. At the time my son was 10, and i realised i needed to make some changes. I enlisted a friend to join with me to lose (i do better if i have to be accountable for why i ate something). i lost 80 pounds in…

i know it took me 45 pounds to go from a 24/26 pant to a 18/20 pant and from a 5XL top to a 1XL top. it all depends on how your weight sits on your frame and amount you have to lose. good luck :)

my thoughts excatly!! yes it is a personal choice, but its not a "super cure" you still need to be extremely dilligent in watching what you eat. maybe even a bit more with the surgery because you will only have limited space to try to get all the nutrients your body needs. i know several people who have had it done, but…

the caloric amount you were given is for losing weight. your BMR is for maintianing. as my doctor put it to me "Its what would you have to have to survive and stay the same weight you are right now, even if you were buried in the sand up to your neck."
