New to MFP

Like many of you I have lost weight and gained weight ... over and over and over again. While I may never be as slim as I would like, I do intend to be healthy. In the past few weeks I have taken steps to make that happen.

1. Started monitoring my calories in again. This has been a little sporadic at first but I am going to do this.
2. Ordered a FitBit to help motivate me to make FITNESS my goal.
3. Started the Couch to 5K program (starting week 2 tomorrow). I have signed up for my first 5K on November 5 even though I will be nowhere near the end of the program. I will walk most of this one but you have to start somewhere!
4. Weighing myself no more than twice a week so that I can see real progress and not obsess over every ounce.

I am counting on all of you to help me stay motivated and true to myself. I will do the same for YOU!
