  • I have a nutrininja and I love it. I've never been a smoothie kind of person, but now I make them on a daily basis. It's small (doesn't take up much counter space), super easy to clean, and very good effective!
  • I think the birthing classes are espeically helpful for new dads-to-be. I'm pretty sure mine thought it was like on TV - like a 5 min labor with 10sec. of pushing. So, it was a good dose of reality. Plus, it was good to know that were the options for delivery at my hospital of choice (pain control, water birth, etc.).

  • Hey, i'm interested if anyone has any tips!! I'm 5' tall and post baby # 2. I only have 3 pounds left to lose, but my body is nothing like it was before!!! I have such limits with time to exercise (which I fit in anyway) and diet (cuz it's hard enough cooking for a family - let alone with they don't/can't diet with you!).
