Top stuff, well done!

4.1km in 25:44 . did my "hilly" route, it was raining cats and dogs and I ran out of steam, was supposed to do around 6km but ended up walking home. ive lost so much fitness when I had a couple of weeks off, I think I "peaked" for my two races. I need to slow my pace down in order to just get the longer distances covered…

I have my first 5k first weekend in july (have done a 7 and a 10 before). I would like to be under 30min and my "pie in the sky" goal is under 29. Just got back to it after a 2 week break for a holiday so I need to push on a bit.
-
5km in 31:44. At least I got finished this time and have something to build on.
-
First run back after holiday. 2.5km in 15:44 Not going to lie that felt horrible. Will have to build distance back up, two weeks of eating rubbish and drinking beer lol

Official time yesterday was 1:01:31. Finished 1059 overall and 190/248 in males aged 26-35

It was fun actually! I made a couple of mistakes. Started right at the back of a field of around 2500 runners, so very slow start as totally boxed in. Plus my fear of the distance led me to not push as much as I possibly could in the second half. Provisional time from my phone app of 1:01:52
