Hey Im 5'5 140 lbs and my goal is about 125 to 130 depending on what weight I feel the best at. I excersize almost daily wether its running, dance, aturbo kick class, or some strength training.

Well its a great thing that your working on it! What you should try to do is take the focus off "losing weight" and put it on feeling better. Take it day by day and eventually you'll feel and notice a difference. I know thats easier said than done but I know you can do this!

Eating out and having good portion control can be really hard. Especially with all that you are dealing with. Maybe try having cereal, yogurt, or protein bar for breakfast. Those are pretty low cal and fat. Then if you have to eat out for lunch try to go for grilled instead of fried foods. Like at Mcdonalds they have a…

I love to mix rasions with some fruit as a snack! Also you could try mixing a small variety of sweets together so that you dont crave as much. Allow yourself to have a little bit of your favorite candy every day. As a snack sometimes I mix marshmallows with teddygrams and dried fruit. Dried fruit is my fav!
