I want to wear clothes that showed off my my figure
like I use to not baggey mens shirts to hide my figure
I want to be friendly like I use not
not in an ill mood
I want to not care what other people think about me
not thinking their all laughing and talking about my weight
I want to be flirted by sweet guys like I used to
not going out with jerks who I think are the only ones attracted to me
I want to run for miles and not even break a sweat like i use to
not struggle for just one mile
I want to have the energy like I use to
not lazy and lay around all day
I want to have real friends not the fake ones I have now
I want to be me like I use to not what I became
like I use to not baggey mens shirts to hide my figure
I want to be friendly like I use not
not in an ill mood
I want to not care what other people think about me
not thinking their all laughing and talking about my weight

Hi this is exactly how I feel. Lately I've been under a lot of stress and I resorted to over eating. I want myself back again.0

You CAN DO IT, there's nothing impossible. Make mini goals & focus on it one step at a time. I've been there on your shoes before & my original goal was to reach 140 lbs. & wear a size 31 jeans & I never thought that someday I could slide in a size 27 jeans but I'm happy to say that I finally made it past my goal & can now wear a size 26 jeans.0 -

I know how you feel, but have you thought of the notion that you are over-weight because of the way you feel about yourself. Self-esteem issues just don't come and go like that. Over-weight people tend to put "everything" negative in their lives on obesity...but what happened to bring on the obesity. Yes, it is hard being over-weight, but there are soooo many over-weight and obese people who still have self esteem and function well (I am one of those people.) I have learned that stress/pressure is NOT external, it is Internal. Learn to LOVE, Accept, Respect and Value Yourself right NOW as You are, then when problems/issues come (and they will, because that is LIFE...COPING,) food and/or other Negative devices will not be your main source of Coping with Life.

Totally agree on this. Actually the first & the most important step in attaining your fitness goals is to learn to love and accept yourself and your body then everything else follows. Because if you keep on thinking negative about yourself, chances are you will not be able to do it. Also don't force yourself to lose weight just to make other people happy & never expect any sweet guys to flirt at you or that people will not laugh at you. Do it for YOURSELF because you deserve to have a healthy body.0
