My theory is just to give in (a little) and get your body healed up. Whenever I get sick I tend to eat worse foods as well but as long as I get back up when I feel better and get back to the grind I don't end up gaining from it.

I'm 5'1 and 1/2 (yes the 1/2 counts! lol) -- currently weigh about 155! I'm looking to get down to 100-115 (eventually). Someone once told me that I would "never be thin" and it thoroughly pissed me off. Add me if you want :)

Water and don't worry about your weight while TOM is here! Just keep eating healthy/under your calorie goal and keep up the exercise! Once you're back to normal for the next 3 weeks you'll see a difference!

Well the biggest piece of advice I can give is to eat smaller meals, more times throughout the day. That being said... it's all about portion control.
