@Avidkeo That is such a sweet pic! I feel your pain - one of my dogs can take from 25-38 min to do ONE MILE😭 Some days I just embrace his pace. Other days I get very frustrated.

I had a good day. Cooked a big holiday meal for lunch/ dinner (3:45pm) and before that walked over an hour with hubby - I think 4 miles. After the kitchen was all cleaned I walked each dog so about 1.75 mile added. I broke the 130 barrier today with 129.5! I started 25 weeks ago and have lost about 45 pounds. My first goal…

Another barely made it day - this time bc calories whereas yesterday was exercise. I'm doing okay though and confident I'll hit my weight goal by the end of the month. Tomorrow is my last work day of the year and I'm ready to get in some killer workouts😬
