Thanks everyone, I was really really stubborn about eating for a long time. I thought I was exercising enough that I could be lazy with eating healthy. But once I started changing my diet is when I really saw a difference :)

I did Insanity, and T25 is very different. I am comfortable recommending T25 to beginners and advanced exercisers, there are modifications.

I did it this evening! LOVE it!!! It has progressions, Tanya modifies the moves, it has HIIT training, power and agility. The recipe guide is awesome too, simple meals to make things easier!

It only causes issues if rapidly increase your fiber intake or if you are not drinking enough water. If you are getting your fiber from whole foods and not supplements, getting >40g should be ok. A good rule is to never over do it on one particular nutrient, balance and moderation are a part of a healthy diet :)
