I used to work at a deli and one of their specialty's was a Holiday delight: a scoop of stuffing turkey cranberry sauce mayo on dill bread. SO GOOD.

you should look into seeing a podiatrist. They can help with getting a custom-fitted orthotic (most insurance covers this). Then, you can go and get fitted for a running shoe.

I did 30DS and Ripped in 30. I loved both. I actually saw more results with 30DS than with Ri30. Now I am doing her Body Revolution. I am only in the 2nd week but I am loving it!!

I am not a smoker but my dad was. One day, after over 20 years of being a smoker, he just quit. Cold turkey. He never looked back.

First of all, I think you are an amazing woman to have carried all those beautiful children! God bless you! Secondly, good for you for wanting to get healthy!! I don't really have any advice as I am here for basically the same reasons you have. I am just trying to make time for myself to exercise and eat better (I am a…

I am a mom of 3 kids: 8, (almost)5, and 3.5. I drive a 2004 Toyota Sienna. Haven't had ANY problems with it yet. I love that van. My ONLY wish: auto doors. We were on vacation and rented a mini van with the auto doors... what a LIFE SAVER!

Same thing happened to me too. sheesh!

To the OP: If your mom wants to homeschool your sister, she should. There are plenty of homeschooling groups in each state, she can even check for homeschooling conventions, HSLDA, etc. I know plenty of parents who have pulled their kids out of public or private school because the systems were failing their children and…

I will join ya! I received the DVDs last week, but decided then that I was going to start on the 21st. :)

I have a lot of success working out at home. While we can afford a gym membership, I just don't want to spend the money and have to deal with daycare for my kids (I am a stay-at-home mom and homeschool as well). I just started exercising consistently in March and it's been so great. I've used Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred…

no one said you had to have breakfast foods for breakfast! :) A friend of mine doesn't do "breakfast" type foods, instead, she'll have soup or leftover dinner, egg salad, etc. I for one don't like to have bfast right away. I'll have an iced latte then eat something later.

I was going to suggest adding in some healthy fats as well. I have always suffered with cold hands and feet and chalked it up to heredity (my mom and sister have cold hands and feet). I recently began adding unrefined coconut oil to my smoothies, taking in about 2-3 tsps per day. My hands and feet are at normal body temp!!

I have 3 kids (8yr girl, 4.5 yr boy, 3 yr girl). I had a miscarriage from a surprise pregnancy back in the fall. It made us realize that we want another baby! So, I am getting in shape and we will try again for a baby. I am older now and want to be in the best shape to carry the baby and care for my other kiddos.

This!!

Why the sad face?? Be happy... it's a baby! So worth it. :D

FWIW: I hated level 2 as well. Absolutely HATED IT!! I loved level 3.

I was VERY out of shape when I started 30DS. I stayed on each level for about 10 days. :)
