  • We do Jillian Michaels 30DS about 3-4 times per week. Our muscles are getting well defined and our stamina is increasing. We completed the full 30 days and now just rotate weekly among the levels to keep our muscles confused.

  • That is what I do also, I also will take my dressing at home and mix it with either vinegar, lime juice or lemon juice to make it go farther. When my kids want Wendy''s I get a salad and only use half the dressing. Very yummy and healthy.

  • My shoes are all too big now (I always had really narrow feet and losing weight has made them worse) and I wear gloves at work all day and they are too baggie now, but my belly fat is still there. 2 c-sections have ruined my flat belly but with diet and exercise it isn't so flabby and I am losing inches. Just keep at it.

  • We do this too. 1/2 a spaghetti squash is only around 80 calories. Top it with your favorite italian sauce and you are good to go. Another plus is lots of fiber! We also do a ton of mashed potatoes made with skim milk. Only 35 calories per cup. Good source of potassium.

  • I see it there too! I only had 36 pounds to lose and I lost the first 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Just the change in your diet shocks your system into weight loss. You will start losing slower soon. Great job for your first two weeks.
