    I was told by a few others to log under circuit training general. Not sure if it's right lol. I look forward to the responses.

    I actually used a calculator on a website to figure up the calories for me. Don't remember the site though, :grumble: Google it maybe?

    I burn between 190 and 220 each workout of 30 Day Shred.....according to my Polar FT7 HRM......set up my own excercise and just plug in the daily burn.

    General Circuit training. I used my HRM a couple of times and the calories burned matches.

    I have chosen "calisthenics, push ups/sit ups vigorous effort." It seems like a good description.
