its amazing. my hint to finishing it is, dont finish the video if u dnt wnt to. i think 20 or 30 mins is enough. if i pushed myself through every video everyday id have quit day 3

INSANITY!!! ALL THE WAY! ive done EVERYTHING jillian michaels, turbo fire, brazil butt lift, slim in 6, tae bo, and hip hop abs (which was a favorite of mine when i was a beginner) insanity will get u results and u will get them FAST.

someone said bananas.. thats the opposite!! do NOT eat bananas. eat prunes, pears, pear juice, green vegetables. avoid dairy products. go for run. and drink lots o waterrrr. a little miralax wouldnt hurt.

My bby girl is constipated too. i know 3 things that help. warm bath, PEARS and pear juice found in the baby aisle, and my dr. said 2 tps of miralax once day. also remember to bicycle legs.

things i usually avoid are cheese, peanut butter, oil, butter, high sodium. if u eat a sandwich you can eat 1 piece of bread instead of two. dont eat both yolks if you are eating two eggs. I love chocolate and have some "emergency" chocolate in the fridge. i will eat a piece at a time to satisfy myself, not even half the…

try upping your calories with nuts (almonds and pecans are a personal fav) i recently hit a plateau, binged a little, and gained 2 lbs, but now my calories are back up to normal and i am hoping it will help.

165 down to 100 (but also from pregnancy) does this count? im sure i can motivate you along with everyone on this site. we all seem to be in tune and understanding. feel free to add me and ill try to keep you motivated and encourage you.

ill keep it simple. get up earlier, 15 minutes is not hard in the morning. 15 minutes on a lunch break, even if its just a high impact walk, 15 minutes before you go to sleep. thats 45 minutes a day at the least and THAT is wonderful. also eat healthy!

in the past ive been an "every 30 minutes" kind of person. but i think once or twice a day. i dont like only weighing once a week because it makes me anxious and i cant keep myself on track at all

RLYY bad.. went to church to comfort my friend who's father just passed away from cancer. we got on the discussion of spanish as a universal language.. and i said "i dont need to learn spanish! we are all going to die in 2012 anyways." the look on her face just about killed me..

SO much better for you. sometimes i use half of a yolk. but it ISS important to use part of the yolk or even a whole one because although they are very high in cholesterol they also contain some good things that u need in ur diet, plus around half the protein of the egg.

I've now tried, slim in 6, insanity, turbofire, 30 day shred, zumba, and hip hop abs. all i can say is that hip hop abs is by far the best and STILL is the best even though it was the first one i ever did. insanity is my second favorite but is NOT for people out of shape.
