i love my eliptical. i can burn over 600 calories is 30 min. on my programs. I have 1 where I go clear up to resistance 8.

ok.......so still not sure on what to do. I found that when I worked out all the time and didnt eat all that much I wasnt losing but maybe a pound here and there. I am always eating at least 1200 a day. I think I will try and keep doing what I am doing, which is eating most of my exercise cal. and see what happens on weigh…

Has anyone got a good reading on how many calories are burned on Level 3? I sweat my butt off and think I burned more than 195.........

I dont get it.....I have been burning 600+ calories a day for the last week and just havent been hungry. I have been forcing myseelf to eat my calories. My husband thinks I am doing it all wrong. He thinks I am worrying too much about my calories. But everytime I ask the same question I am told I NEED to eat those??? Help.

Jillian has the 30 Day Shred. 3-20min workouts. You could start with level 1 for a week then move on to level 2 and so on. I love this dvd.

Set small goals that you know can be reached. As you are surpassing those goals start to make them a little harder. By achieving those little ones it will boost your confidence and make the bigger goals easier. :flowerforyou:
